Tab G MANUFACTURING PRACTICES COMMITTEE During the period since the last Board meeting, the Manufacturing Practices Committee has engaged in the following activities: 1) Finalized and submitted comments on EPA's proposed revisions to the general provisions of the National Emission Standards for hazardous_air pollutants. 2) Finalized and submitted comments on EPA proposed recommended maximum contaminant levels of various organic constituents in drinking water. 3) At EPA's invitation, we met with them in Durham to discuss their response to the Committee's comments presented on August 30 at the National Air Pollution Control Techniques Advisory Committee meeting which concerned revisions to the existing vinyl chloride standard.
