I have forwarded your request to our Source Evaluation Section for review. Upon completion of that review your request will be forwarded, with our recommendation, to the U. S. Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) Regional Office in Dallas. As you know, the Texas Air Control Board is not authorized to approve alternate test methods under NESHAPS; all such approvals must come from EPA.
