June 10, 1935 Dr, Graham Edgar Ethyl Gasoline Corporation Chrysler Building Hew York City New York Dear Edgars Within the next ten days I hope to have completed the studies which we have been making on the absorption of tetraethyl lead out of lubricating oil We studied this question, making use of experimental animals frequently exposed to various concentrations of lead in oil# Some of the work is already finished but I am waiting for the analytical data on the lower con centrations e All the indications are that the rate of absorption out of oil is somewhat less than out of gasoline I am expecting to leave Cincinnati the last week in June or the first week in July to be gone on a vacation for same weeks * However, X shall make it a point to get the report on these studies into your hands before I go away# If there are any other matters pending which may require my attention before I go away, I would be glad if you would bring them to my attention at once# With kindest personal regards, Cordially youra, RAKsIS XE 0015537
