sending the affidavits, I was in contact with our lawyers, and 1 said, 'If we go this way, we are going to sign that we did something illegal I want to be sure that our people are not going to have a problem of that" ' Id at 110, see id ("Because the people signed the paper, Pizzamiglio and Vianelli, but we didn't deliver to anybody these papers ") Later in the deposition, Mr Colli was asked
