Mr. Clark has asked the Medical Department to gather this information. It is fairly urgent that we get this information back to Mr. Clark as soon as possible, and therefore request it be sent back to the writer no later than Friday, February 12, 1982. It is requested that you obtain this information from people reporting to you who have respon sibility in these areas and in some instances from others involved in these areas.
