(3) Vehicle friction material emission test program to be conducted by Bendix under EPA contract. (4) Monitoring for airborne asbestos fibre. (5) Districution and circulation of literature on Asbestos/Kealth subjects.

Based on discussions at the Asbestos Information Association meeting in September, efficient vacuum cleaning systems should be of help not only in the factory but in the brake service area.

"Asbestos and Brake Linings" Asbestos Information Association This small pamphlet concentrates on asbestos in auto,truck, and bus brake linings.

Hie Chairman informed the Board that Atlas Asbestos Co. had applied for membership in the Association.

Fenner indicated that in addition to help from J-M, the Asbestos Information Association Technical Committee should be willing to help.
