WAIVER OF NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING OF THE STOCKHOLDERS OF THE GULDEN COMPANY, LIMITED We, the undersigned, "being all of the stockholders of The Glidden Company, Limited, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the Province of Ontario, do hereby waive any and all notice as provided by the statutes of Ontario or by the By-Laws of said Corporation and do hereby consent to the holding of a meeting of the stockholders of said Corporation on the 10th day of February, 1955 and any adjournments thereof.
