There have been fatalities from this use of high octane leaded gasoline.

On the other hand, if the matter-goes to court and if the ques tion of lead enters into the matter, I believe that it will require adequate expert testimony in order to overthrow the hypothesis that the entire matter is one of lead poisoning.
