On January 19, 1993 I settled the A&W lien for the sum of $180.00, the Mascarin Pharmacy lien for the sum of $67.50 and the California Comp Care lien for the sum of $1,200.00. You approved these lien settlements. If you have not already done so, please place these amounts in line for payment to these lien claimants in full and final satisfaction of their liens for this matter. As you will recall, I did not have the liens of A&W or Mascarin or the final lien for California Comp Care. You indicated that you preferred not to fax these liens to me because the fax machine was slow but you explained the charges therein to me so I could settle the liens with such information. As you will recall, Judge Kirner previously issued an Order Disapproving the Compromise and Release for this matter because the liens had not been resolved. Now that all of the liens have been resolved, I will write to Judge Kirner and request that he issue an Order Approving the Compromise and Release.
