Dear Mr. Wheeler: As we discussed, I am enclosing a summary of the microscopic examination which was performed following the autopsy of Mr. Joseph Sireci. The summary indicates that Mr. Sireci had a generalized bone metastasis from a poorly differentiated squamous cell carinoma of an uknown primary site. The carcinoma metastasized to the hillar lymph nodes, liver, spleen, kidneys, adrenal and bone. I await the results of your literature search pertaining to the plasticizers we discussed today.
