I This is just a letter to confirm in writing what I spoke
with you about earlier today. Due to a stipulated extension signed
by Nevada Power and the Defendants on Friday,j July 30, 1993, the
new terms of the expert discovery are as follows:

I Nevada Power will disclose its !experts and their
anticipated testimony on August 20, 1993 and |the defendants will
begin deposition of Nevada Power experts on August 27, 1993. The period for depositions of Nevada Power experjts will run through
October 1, 1993. If you could let me know what dates during that
time period are acceptable for you, I would appreciate it. I
already have written down that you will tie unavailable from
September 1st through the 15th.

Under cover of this letter, I am als'o sending you a copy of the defendants1 experts which were listed last year as part of a preliminary disclosure. Some of the names on this list have changed by now, I am sure, but until the defendants must disclose their experts in final form, I would be guessing as|to which names were dropped. If you have information on anyof these people, we would appreciate your input.
