No facility representatives were present at the time of the inspection. The inspection was conducted by the authority of the Clean Water Act (CWA) to determine compliance with Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations. There were no other federal, state, or local agency representatives present at the time of the inspection. FACILITY DESCRIPTION EPA conducted a follow-up inspection on the Jerry Langley Oil Co., LLC / Flowline Release, which was a release of crude oil and saltwater onto the ground as a result of a broken coupling on a flowline. Section II - OBSERVATIONS I observed the area of the release of crude oil and saltwater from a broken coupling on a flowline noted in the 03/14/2024 inspection. The broken coupling had been repaired the same day it was reported; however, cleanup was pending. I observed the area had been remediated with sand application, see Appendix 1 (Photograph Log), Photo No. 1. For additional GPS location and photo metadata, see Appendix 1. Section III - AREAS OF CONCERN No closing conference was held due to no personnel with Jerry Langley Oil Co., LLC being present during the inspection. There were no areas of concern during the inspection. Section IV - FOLLOW UP There were no areas of concern during the inspection, and a follow-up inspection is not required at this time.
