Dear Mr. Merrel1 : While on vacation (July 28th to August 11th) I plan to spend 2 hours a day on this case. I will be taking the relevant literature with me. Once I get back and prior to my deposition I plan to spend an additional 12 to 16 hours on it, depending of course on when I am deposed. This time will be charged at a rate of $180/hour. As we discussed my fee for deposition and trial testimony will be $360/hr from the time I depart my home or place of work in Madison, Wisconsin until I return (portal to portal).
