X appreciate your sending these to me as thev provide me with a somewhat better perspective regarding I note from the copy of Mr. Lively's note of October 13, 1978, that the examiner is apparently about to issue a preliminary order in favor of the claimant. Since the medical report which you furnished us indicated that this is basically a medical question, it may be realistic to presume that further findings in this claim by the examiner will also be in favor of the claimant. Where the doctors cannot agree, it has been my experience that findings generally favor the claimant* s position. At any rate I do appreciate your keeping us advised of developments in this claim.
