Special Notations: Close communications with the control room will be required to perform this 5.0 Procedure: 5.1 Run tubing from downstream bleed of pay meter to the sump, making sure the tubing is below the liquid level of the sump. 5.2 Open the up stream block valve to the pay meter slowly and bleed through tubing until line is liquid full. 5.3 Block in the bleed to the sump and open up stream block valve completely. 5.4 Open the down stream block valve slowly and at this point the incoming oxide will be flowing through the pay meter and the bypass line.
