Hello Joe, We would like to reach out to FHWA to request that DOT and FHWA provide an authorization to bid for the RAISE grant for Atlantic and Pacific Avenues in Atlantic City. The signed grant agreement is fully executed and attached, but Robert Clark the FHWA New Jersey Division Administrator will not sign the Authorization to bid without direction from Washington. The City is ready to bid this project tomorrow if it receives this authorization and some improvements can be in place for the Summer season. Thank you. Sincerely, Haddon Antonucci - Deputy Chief of Staff for Policy The Office of Congressman Jeff Van Drew (NJ-02) E: haddon.antonucci@mait.house.gov P: b)(6) A: 2447 Rayburn HOB, Washington.
