RE: Dear Tina:
. The Sherwin-Williams Company
Our File No.: 0025-07240
REDACTED
What do you know about T
____ and his work history with Sherwin-Williams?
Considering the fact that the Claimant is 65 years old and apparently suffers from a serious lung
condition, there is very little doubt that the Commission will find him permanently and totally disabled
ifthis is a compensable condition. It is very important that we turn over every rock and explore every
avenue in preparation of our defense. Please note that the hearing is scheduled for May 10, 2000.
I have already scheduled an appointment with a really great internist to conduct an IME. Please send
whatever information you are able to gather.
Thank you for your assistance.
Very truly yours,
Jeffrey (Ctlerwig
