Identify your employee responsible for monitoring, verifying, or instructing concerning these services to be performed by such contractors ANSWER: Defendant objects to this request as it is vague, overly broad, unduly burdensome, and calls for information which is neither relevant nor reasonably calculated to lead to the discovery of admissible evidence. In addition. Defendant objects to this request as harassing and virtually impossible to answer given Plaintiffs' definition of the term "your", and as such the burden of discovery out weighs its benefits, TRCP 192.4. Defendant has not undertaken historical research to identify and locate ah present and past agents or employees of all "merged, consolidated, or acquired predecessors, divisions, subsidiaries, foreign subsidiaries or predecessors, and/or affiliates"; and then to contact and interview all such persons for information or documentation arguably responsive to this request. Defendant further objects to this request as it is not limited in scope to any particular alleged employer of Plaintiff, nor to any area where Plaintiff is alleged to have worked on Defendant's premises. Without waiving the foregoing, please see attached copy of a contract register for the years 1979-1985. See Bates Nos. 012341 - 012362. Defendant did not maintain copies of the contracts so the type of work performed by the Contractors specifically is unknown as would be the specific employee designated at the contract liaison person.
