Through Dr. Weils, arrangements were made for a technician fran the Coweta General Hospital to perform the vital capacity examinations on sight using the Collins respircmeter All X-rays* questionnaires and vital capacity readings were placed in Dr, Wells' possession on August 24, 1976, Employees whom we were unable to contact personally were sent a registered letter that required their signature upon receipt. Every employee has been accounted for in one form or another, Hie letters sent to: 1, Martha Ward - no response - 3 phone conversations - registered letter receipt in hand, 2, James Gates - no response - registered letter receipt in hand, 3, Durvard Jacks - refused to come in for Collins respiratory test.
