I spoke with Bill Wilcox about this on November 25 and expressed concern that some of the statements included may be damaging to employee rela tions. Bill asked that I send him a copy of the material so that he may handle it with Calvert City. I think it is good that Calvert City is showing initiative and also ap preciate that they have provided me with a copy of their material. I don't want to destroy a possible good relationship with the Calvert Cityplant, but feel this material should be reviewed before it is presented to employees.
