Gov. Scott Appoints Three to the Committee on Early Grade Success
TALLAHASSEE, Fla. - Today, Governor Rick Scott announced the appointments of Richard Myhre, Rodney MacKinnon and Elizabeth Moya to the Committee on Early Grade Success.
Myhre, 38, of Crawfordville, is the Executive Director of Just Read, Florida! within the Department of Education. He received his bachelor's degree from the University of Florida and his master's degree from the University of West Florida and is appointed for a term beginning September 27, 2017, and ending upon the completion of the committee's report by December 1,2017.
MacKinnon, 41, of Tallahassee, is the Executive Director of the Office of Early Learning. MacKinnon received his bachelor's and master's degree from Florida State University and his Juris Doctorate from Stetson University College of Law and is appointed for a term beginning September 27, 2017, and ending upon the completion of the committee's report by December 1,2017.
Moya, 36, of Tallahassee, is the Legislative Affairs Director in the Office of Early Learning. Moya received her bachelor's and master's degree from Florida State University and is appointed for a term beginning September 27, 2017, and ending upon the completion of the committee's report by December 1,2017.
