We obtained an order of the court for the production of medical records in order that we might receive copies of the hospital records and medical reports of the Hertzler Clinic. We intended to call Dr. Gibbs to testify at the preliminary hearing but found he was out of town. We enclose a copy of a memo which indicates that Dr. Gibbs is of the opinion that none of the chemicals was the cause of claimant's problem.
