Telephone Call Veronica Burrows, EPA Region III, to J. R. Soice October 15, 1979 1. Veronica Burrows called to inform us that a request had been made for access to our VCM semi-annual reports under the Freedom of Information Act. We were given the opportunity to label any parts of the report as "business confidential". 2. I told her that "all information other than numerical emission results is to be considered business confidential". (I referred her to J. L. Worstell letter to Peter Schaul, April 4, 1979. This letter was in response to a request from B. F. Goodrich.) 3. I asked her if B. F. Goodrich was again seeking our reports. Veronica Burrows stated that the Goodrich request was openended and that the current request was from another party. 4. Veronica Burrows suggested that we might want to send a letter to the EPA asking them to list all parties who have sought access to our files under the Freedom of Information Act. 5.
