Lcliann We were adviced by International Talc Co., Inc. that tue fibrous portion of "-touldene" talc is composed of the mineral antaophylllte (letter of Jan. 5, 1972, from Mr. P. F. McCarthy, Exoc. Vice President). Anthocnylllte is "an asbestos" according to one of our reference books "Minerals and Rocks". We attempted to determine the proportion of fiber In the Mouldene talc.
