Larrison: In reply to your letter of March 22, I was unable to give you an immediate reply regarding the procedure to be followed when an employee is found to have a lung condition which would, in the opinion of the doctor, be aggravated by his work. Therefore, I requested advice from the .Corporate Employee Relations Department and have been advised by Roy Keeney that such employee should be advised in writing that he has the condition, that our doctor has advised him not to continue in this work, that we have no position which is suitable, and that he should therefore seek other employ ment.
