Dear Ms. Vaughan, I am writing to inform you that the Enforcement and Compliance Assurance Division of Region 6, United States Environmental Protection Agency ("EPA") inspection of the Watco Transloading Facility on 3/15/2024, included a visit to your facility at 14035 Industrial Rd, Houston, TX, evaluating the potential for Resource Conservation and Recovery Act ("RCRA") violations. Based on the 3/15/2024 Houston Port inspection EPA has determined no further action is required.
