A. Ambient Air Ambient air sampling has been undertaken for vinyl chloride. Analyses are being run on a Bendix Kodex 2200 gas chromatograph using flame ionization detector. As of this date, no meaningful data are available. A gas chromatograph has been purchased but we have been unable to develop data with accuracy batter than 0.25 0.25 ppm. Instrument manufacturer and plant technical personnel are currently investigating problem.
