In all probability, froze and that the CAICO was applied to a fiosen film of iee or adheeive* However, the Stabbing people state that they had the propane burners burning before they started to spray, and on the scaffold the air near the concrete surface was quite comfortable and worm. After spraying on the 12th end 13th, the heat was turned off on the afternoon it the 14th, after which the temperature started to steadily drop down to 27. Wore it warmed up* Soaetdme between the 14th and the 21st, fiber sprayed on the 12th and 13th terted to fell clear from the concrete base. On the inspection date, January 25, of the original nine bays had fallen* Ho failures had occurred on the five sprayed on the 21st The fiber came absolutely clean from the concrete base, msed on the filling pattern, it is expected that the laat five bays treated on 1 21st would also start falling, since the temperature of the base was low at ; start and this deck probably frose because temperatures got down to 26?. i j* *** decided to clean off all of the nine bays sprayed the 12th and 13th and to dry one day, after which Solvent idheeive would be applied and rssprsyed. ^ other five bays will be watched for any tendency to fall* I^^Jdag was to cqamesce January 27 and S.
