ID# - indicates the number Jefferson County Health Department supplied to MetPath (the person's name has been removed for confidentially as per the agreement between The Doe Run Company, the Jefferson County Health Department, and the participant.)
Age - on this form in years only
Sex - Male (M) or Female (F)
PbB - Blood lead level as measured by MetPath in micrograms per deciliter of whole blood.
0 - 0.5 House located zero to five tenths mile of stack
0.5 - ,1.0 House located five tenths mile, to one :mile of. stack
1.0 - 1.5 House located one mile to one and five tenths mile of stack
Note that a, b, c, d are the quadrants are: a -north northwest sector, b - west northwest sector, west southwest sector, d-south southwest sector
