In the summary report of NAMRX work to BuSblps, they feel it is essential to use the trade name, Pydraul 150 and Xts Components. This can and will be con trolled to safeguard the "Commercially Discreet" in formation. It will not be released to outside groups. Beyond this, there are certain aspects of their work which they feel should be published elsewhere. One is an ultraviolet procedure for quantitative chlorine analysis of chlorinated biphenyl -- phosphate ester mixtures --- which they-developed and believe is quite good. In their animal tests they also found that while rats seeswd quite normal in growth and life span when exposed to Aroclor vapor or skin contact, on autopsy they observed damage to the liver and feel this should be made available in literature.
