Exposure to both silica and total dust were well below the threshold limit value. One area, the coal plant, evaluated for noise was found to exceed the OSHA limit of 85 decibels. I have enclosed a copy for you to review at your convenience. You may recall that while Kathleen Schneider was conducting the industrial hygiene surveys that Isaac LaSalle of OSHA visited the facility. During the OSHA inspection, Mr. LaSalle, indicated that he would like to review the findings of the industrial hygiene testing when we received the results. I do not feel that it would be any problem to send this information to him, however ifyou would like me to consult counsel before doing so, I would be more than happy to.
