Estimates rads during the last month Indicate that we need aa additional #4508 to cover the total TC8/FCT phase out. the cost areas that have increased over the last estimate are 1) incineration cost, 2) Task Fores work, 3) Anniston terminating costs and 4) greater fluid return, especially from Goodyear.
