Dr. Robert A. Kehoe, Director, Institute of Industrial Health, Cincinnati, Ohio.
Dear Dr. Kehoe:
Some time ago when I was in Cincinnati I talked with your secretary about the possibility of developing a program of s tudy in connection with the toxicity of paint films. However, due to one delay or another I have not been able to write you s ooner.
I wonder if you could undertake a study covering the relative toxicity of paint films. In addition to this, we now have the possibility of paints containing DDT or similar insecticides. Me do have a general program of study planned which we should like to talk over with you.
In addition to our program, we should like to learn a little more about the new Institute of Industrial Health program which you are creating. In this connection we should be pleased to finance a fellowship and if you will let us know something about the cost, I should be pleased to present it to our people for approval.
At your convenience we are looking forward to
meeting with you.
Yours very truly,
