SYMPOSIUM ON OCCUPATIONAL EXPOSURE TO FIBROUS GLASS June 26-27, 1974
PURPOSE AND SCOPE
Evaluation by the staff of the National Institute for O c cupational Safety and Health of the scientific literature regarding the health effects of occupational fibrous glass exposure has indicated a gap in our knowledge of this material. For this reason, the SYMPOSIUM ON OCCU PATIONAL EXPOSURE TO FIBROUS GLASS has been planned to highlight the results of various studies and experiments involving fibrous glass and their application to occupational health. An important aspect of the Symposium will be to provide a forum for meaningful dialogue among the participants.
The program will be divided into four key subject areas
Fibrous Glass Technology Environmental Sampling Methods and Results Effects on Experimental Animals Effects on Humans
