Dear
,
Further to your questions regarding the November meetings and F-gas applications.
RAC and SEAC will evaluate the proposed restriction in batches, focusing on the different
sectors that may be affected. You can read about the steps made up to September 2024
in our news. During the upcoming September meetings Textiles, upholstery, leather,
apparel and carpets (TULAC), Food contact materials and packaging, and Petroleum and
mining sectors will be discussed by the committees.
More information about what happens after September, will be published later in
conjunction with the committee meetings.
Kind Regards,

Dear and the RAC and SEAC secretariat, I kindly thank you for your response, and for approving the participation. I also hereby confirm having read, understood and that I commit to follow the declaration of confidentiality, including the Code of conduct for observers at ECHA meetings (ED0035.01). Attached you can find a filled-out version. I have a practical question regarding the agenda. As I am interested in attending only specific items, could you please advise on how strictly the agenda is followed? Should I expect any deviations, and if so, by how many minutes might the timing vary? For your information, I will join these meetings with the purpose of better understanding the ECHA process, but we are not planning on making statements due to the topics covered this time. Kind regards,
