Potto "PRECISION MOlDED"CAlTF`Jt
is a reacted hydrous calcium silicate type of rm -
composed primarily of diatomaceous earth and c
bestos fibre. It is a new heat insulation materi
developed by Pabeo Products Inc. to meet the ev changing and growing needs of industry. It is beii
produced under Pabcb's "PRECISION MOLDED" pc ented process* to supplement Pabeo "PRECISIC
MOLDED" 85% Magnesia and Prasco High Temper
ture Insulations.

LIGHTWEIGHT
Present standard production of Pabco "Precision Molded" 85% Magnesia weighs 11 pounds per cubic foot. Our manufacturing tolerance is plas or minus '/> pound.
The advantages of uniformity, with respecr to density, thermal conductivity, size, thickness, fibre distribution, etc.', are so apparent as to need no emphasis. The ability of a manufacturer, however, to control such factors, then exercise chat control within smail tolerances--is very important.
SMOOTH FINISH
Pabco "Precision Molded" 85% Magnesia is not molded over size. then "milled" or "machined" to size. By unique. processes it is molded to exact final size and thickness. Thus a smooch, firm "rind" is preserved on inner and oucer surfaces of pipe covering, also on face and side surfaces of blocks.
DUCTILE STRENGTH
Pabco "Precision Molded" 85% Magnesia exceeds the moduiof rupture requirements of U. S. Navy Specifications, indicating fully ai quate "machine test" strength.
"Ductile Strength" is a use measure, and very important. It is a measure of results; under vibrating service, under shipping shocks, under shock from accidental dropping, or shocks incidental to the normal meth ods used during application to pipes, boilers, tanks, fittings, etc.
CLEANLINESS
The firm, smooth "rind" surface of Pabco "Precision Molded" 85% Magnesia, and the ability of small pieces (purposely broken otf dur ing application) to hold together, results in "cleaner" jobs, and easier "clean ups" after job completions.
DURABILITY
The long service life of 85% Magnesia is proverbial. Pabco "Pre cision Molded" 85% Magnesia is also tough. Under most conditions it can be removed and reused if desired. If wet, it will not "mush," retain ing its normal structure after drying.
