Weather Conditions ~180,000 square feet Small Quantity Generator (SQG) Verified SQG by Mr. Williams Rainy Process Description During the opening conference, Mr. Williams told me the wastes generated at the facility were generated either due to product being damaged as it enters the store through receiving, damaged on the shelf at the store, or customer returns that cannot be resold. I was accompanied during the inspection by Messrs. Williams, Brown, and Ms. Curney. I looked at the facility's processes, hazardous waste management practices, generation points, and accumulation areas. I looked for wastes that facility representatives had not yet identified or designated as hazardous. The facility had shipped out hazardous waste prior to the inspection and there was only one container of hazardous waste in their CAA and no universal waste in accumulation during the inspection.
