We ara issuing a Y-49 formula with tha lead Briar rtaoMKS, we have found that cobalt sirconless is again giving us acceptable dry verse* tha previous lead drier sysla*, the cost increase will be 19 par gallon.
For sows time we have bean considering the use of anti-skin Orthophen 278, 8-258, to achieve better color in the package. The Gardener color which had been 14 waxliaiw will now be 8 maximum. what we had been living with in the past was a cobalt stain problem Which was in the wet film and not the dry fils. The new anti-skin 8-258 will elialnate this problem.
