Dear Liz and Tale, Eli pul you on the Cooler Heads list. Our next meeting is Monday the 4th beginning at 12 noon at CEI, 1310 L Street, N. W., Seventh Floor. Let me know if you or anyone is coming and what you'd like to talk about. Our agenda is usually quite long, but many issues are dealt with quickly and most of the ninety minutes is spent on the top one or two items. This month we will definitely be talking about the Kigali amendments as one of the main agenda items. Ryan, Samantha, Mandy, and Brittany are on the distribution list (and. Richard Yamada and John Konkus, I think), and Mandy and Brittany have attended many Cooler Heads meetings over the years and one or two since they joined ERA. Yours, Mvron.
