Please note the attached bioassay reporting forms. Because of the voluminous amount of information that the Louisiana Division Analytical Lab has to process in order to submit the Federal Discharge Monitoring Report (DMR), we would like to request that all of our par ticipating bioassay analysis labs use the format as per the attached pages. This would greatly help us to streamline the process of accu mulation and composition of the necessary data to be submitted for the DMR
Please continue to send the bench sheets and descriptive/narrative statements concerning stock cultures used, control tests, problems encountered, or any other observations made that may be relevant. Please be sure to include test results on your control as well as any information on your make-up or dilution water.
