Conrad's letter of April 18, the VCM Plant in conjunc tion with the Business Area has made a 5-year VCM production forecast. This forecast involves maximum production rates in all five years with two turn arounds in 1979 and 198? and one turnaround in each of the other three years. No incremental EDC production was considered.
