A Sin ce hypothesis A would indicate heightened toxicity to relatively sm all occupational exposure,one would expect that this in crease in toxicity . would have been spotted during the manufacture of TML-, where v/orkers are exposed to much higher concentrations of lead in the atmosphere than are the occupations presen t in th is study. However th is was not .the case in the plants of the Ethyl Corporation.
