He are, therefore, forced to request them ourselves and charge them to Solvents and Coatings. Susan suggests the following procedure: 1) Verify on the Group A, 5/17/83, listing that you have received those DC's with next to the state. 2) Prepare the requests for the remainder, but do not send out until we have obtained divisional approval for these changes through the health manager. August 4, 1983 ngmacmo Dapc, HS & EA Ar Epidemiology* P2 suwct Printouts of the NIOSH UC-2 Tape 1" Dear Dorothy: I've enclosed three printouts from a comparison between the final NIOSH UC-2 tape (TX.UPDATED.UCTWO.G0012V00, created day 259 of 19811 and the ER version which you sent In March, 1983. Printout 1 represents 5,297 records on the ER tape but not the NIOSH tape. As expected, there are many additional records since the NIOSH tape only contained entries through 79. Printout 2 represents 8,314 records on the NIOSH tape but not the ER tape. This was an unexpected result. Printout 3 represents 308 records contained on both tapes, but with different department codes. We assume that you have edited and corrected these codes. Please let me know If this Is not the case. If you find that the records In printout 2 are In fact contained In the ER tape, we would appreciate your sending another copy. Please call me or Nancy Wheeler If you have any questions.
