We met with Samantha, Brittany, and Mandy last week, and they recommended we reach out to you as follow up regarding some of the specific principles we have been discussing related to a revised Waters of the US rulemaking. MJB&A's Permitting and Infrastructure Coalition includes Dominion Energy, Entergy, NextEra Energy, and PG&E.
We submitted the attached comments to EPA's Regulatory Reform Docket yesterday and posted a white paper with more detailed principles for a WOTUS rulemaking here:
