A "trailer switch" generally refers to the movement of two trailers as a pair - one from the dock to the field and one from the field to the dock. For pur poses of this evaluation a "trailer move" refers to the movement of one trailer from the dock to the field or vice-versa. A total of 1158 trailers were moved at a cost of approximately $45000. On the average, five trailers were moved each day at a cost of $38 each. A frequency tabulation by number of trailer moves per day is attached. GGW/reb attachment G. G.
