I could not find the reference for an estimated exposure of 2 ug/m3 from the Whoville plant. On p.31 -- 1st paragraph at the top of the page, "The maximum off-site 1-hour-average predicted by the model was 100 mg/m3, which is scaled to a maximum off-site annual-average ambient air concentration of 10 ug/m3." -- using the scaling factor of 0.1 as indicated in the previous paragraph. This seems to indicate that the estimated exposure from the Whoville plant should be 10 ug/m3, not 2 ug/m3, and thus the inhalation RfC would be 100 times the estimated exposure. * What is the acceptable safety margin, so that this exposure route can be determined not to be significant? lOx, 100x, 500x ?
