Attached are two letters for information and action. For action, the letter of 4/7/75 Iron Micarta-Hampton.S.C. Will you please discuss the situation with our lawyers. 1 don't believe we should give the information to the Washington Dept, of Labor because X feel they don't have the authority to request such information. It's always been our policy to pass the material on to the company requesti the data. Please advise as soon as possible. For information, the letter of 4/11/75 from the Tampa operations requesting an air sampling evaluation of welding fumes.
