We're based in D.C. so his schedule is pretty flexible. I've copied Rebbie Riley, Chet's EA, to help with scheduling. The second request is for AFPM's executives for the afternoon of June 15th. They'll be flying into town for a series of meetings and would like to visit with Administrator Pruitt if he's available. These are the executives we expect to join. Ryan forwarded me the below email to facilitate getting the meetings mentioned on the Administrator's calendar. Are you all based in DC or will people need to travel in for the first meeting as well as the second? Trying to get an idea of which May days you would like for me to look at for your group. Additionally, would you mind filling out the attached document at your convenience? 17cv1906 Sierra Club v. EPA ED_001523B_00004859-00005 Thank you! As we discussed last week, I would like to request a meeting for AFPM's president, Chet Thompson, with Administrator Pruitt in early May. Chet would like to reintroduce himself, discuss some of the issues that are top of mind for our refining and petrochemical members, and of course explore any ways AFPM can be helpful to the Administrator. By way of background, Chet was EPA Deputy General Counsel under President G.W. Bush. Separately, we also have our Executive Committee meeting on June 15th in D.C. If I'm not overstepping, would it be possible to explore a second meeting with Administrator Pruitt and senior executives from our companies for that afternoon? Thanks, 17cv1906 Sierra Club v.
