Thanks Hayley,
General Paxton will actually already be in Dallas on 10/19, so no need to route through Austin.

Sarah,
We are looking at flights and the schedule now and will be in touch soon. We may be able to fly into Austin the evening before and do something that morning of 10/19. We have an evening event in Dallas. I believe Austin would be most convenient for you, correct?
We can be in touch soon but please let us know if you have any questions in the meantime and if you don't mind holding that morning, that would be great. Thank you!

Thank you Hayley! We are sorry that the meeting won't work out, but completely understand and hope that we can arrange something in Dallas on 10/19? Please let me know if Administrator Pruitt has any availability that day that we could perhaps schedule a time for them to meet.

Hello Sarah,
We have just learned that Administrator Pruitt is needed to travel with the President on Tuesday to Puerto Rico. I apologize for having to cancel, but was hoping we could reschedule for your next trip to DC or perhaps during one of our upcoming trips to Texas. I would offer a different day next week, but as I mentioned below, he will be flying out early Wednesday morning for the remainder of the week.
Do you have another trip to DC planned? We will be in Dallas on Oct 19. Let us know if maybe we could arrange a meeting that day.
Thank you and we appreciate your understanding. Hayley On Sep 18, 2017, at 1:05 PM, Ford, Hayley <fofd.hayley@cP3.gov> wrote:

Hello Sarah,
Thank you for reaching out on behalf of AG Paxton. Administrator Pruitt would be happy to take this meeting. Unfortunately, he is traveling 10/4-10/6. Would AG Paxton be available on 10/3 instead? We could do something later in the aftemoon/early evening if he is flying in that day.
Let us know if that would work. Thank you and we look forward to welcoming him here.

Good afternoon,
I am writing on behalf of Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton. AG Paxton respectfully requests a meeting with EPA Administrator Pruitt while he is in Washington DC, October 3 - 6. The topic of the meeting would be federal regulatory reform, an issue that impacts numerous cases that Texas is currently litigating. In May, AG Paxton led a 16-state coalition in calling on the Trump Administration to take action in accordance with two principles - restoring the role of Congress and ensuring impartial adjudications. AG Paxton would like to share his perspective on the proper scope of federal administration agencies as well as some ideas for practical reforms.
As mentioned above, AG Paxton will be in Washington DC the first week in October and is

available for a meeting on the following dates and times:
Wednesday, 10/4, 10:00 - 11:00 am Thursday, 10/5, 10:00 - 11:00 am, and 2:00 - 3:00 pm Friday, 10/6, 10:00- 11:00 am
Please let me know if any of these fits in the Administrator's schedule. If not, please feel free to propose a date/time that works best.
Kind regards,
