Very nice to meet you both via email. Barry - could you kindly send me an agenda for the day in MO? We have the Administrator arriving into Columbia on the evening of Wednesday, April 19.
We are unsure yet if he will have an early morning breakfast in Jeff City but regardless, we have him scheduled to be at Thomas Hill at 10AM. The address I have is 5693 Highway F, Clifton Hill, MO 65244 which appears to be an hour from Columbia.
He has a 2:30PM flight back out of Columbia that afternoon so I believe that we will have to have him back on the road by 12:15. Given the fact that he has such an early flight out, we can definitely arrange to be at the facility earlier than 10AM if you feel that won't be enough time.

Tried you back earlier. Millan, cc'd, who does advance for the Administrator might have a question for you r.e. rough scheduling outline. Millan, Barry is our event guru for the MO event and will have most of the answers, as will Joe who is also cc'd whose on the ground at Thomas Hill.
